Tony Hughes
Chairman
Tony is a seasoned executive with over 30-years of experience in sales and leadership, holding country, European and global roles. He founded 4th Utility in 2017, raising £73m and growing the business from 1 to 62 employees, completing a debt raise of £25m in March 2023 to enable the company to continue its growth.
Andy Roe
Chief Operating Officer
Andy is an experienced Operations Director with a track record of senior leadership roles which has resulted in a robust global network across various industries. Andy has an extensive background in IT and services that equips him with strong skills in negotiation, operations, sales, and retail.
Mark Cueto MBE
Sales Director
Mark Cueto MBE, is a retired rugby legend. Following his sporting career he went into business. Blending his sporting and business acumen he became a founder of 4th utility, a successful start up ISP having secured £25m of investment. His role as sales director equips him well to propel UtilityMix forward, leveraging strategic partnerships and client relations to drive growth in the energy sector.
James Aveyard
Managing Director
With 17 years in utilities and technology, James co-founded UtilityMix 7 years ago, bringing extensive knowledge and experience in the operational and technical aspects of the business.
